I live in Wisconsin and I was looking for the ornament the peanuts gang waiting game (Linus and the washer with Snoopy on top). The only store to have one near by was in Clive, IA. I called the store yesterday and Michelle answered the phone. I explained what I needed and she was able to assist me. She went above and beyond to assist me. The ornament arrived today via Fed Ex. My sister who collects Snoopy ornaments will be thrilled that I was able to source this ornament. Again many thanks to Michelle for her kindness and willingness to assist me.
